Application forms can be obtained by downloading a form (in word format) and questions about membership can by sent to the membership secretary by visiting the contacts page.

The membership form asks for details of training and experience and new applicants should be supported by two existing members. However, if you do not yet know any BPA members or are new to the area, please feel free to come to a meeting and introduce yourself to a committee member.
